We only accept returns for items that arrive damaged or defective. If your item is damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at support@kindwordsclo.com with your order number and photos of the damage.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size orders

  • Change of mind

  • Items marked as final sale
