ORDERS & SHIPPING

When will my order ship? Orders are processed and shipped within 2–5 business days after purchase. During high-volume releases or drops, processing may take up to 7 days. You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information as soon as your order is shipped.

How can I track my order? Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to follow your package’s journey. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update after shipping.

Do you ship internationally? Yes. We ship worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. KIND WORDS is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes incurred upon delivery.

What shipping carriers do you use? We ship using USPS, UPS, DHL, and FedEx, depending on the region and speed of service selected at checkout.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Can I return or exchange an item? We offer exchanges or store credit for unworn, unwashed items in original packaging within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense. No refunds on limited releases or sale items.

How do I start a return or exchange? Email us at support@kindwords.co with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions and return shipping info.

I received the wrong or a damaged item. What now? Our bad. Please email support@kindwords.co with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos. We’ll fix it fast.

PRODUCT & FIT

What sizes do you offer? We currently offer sizes XS–XXL for most items. Size availability may vary by product. For detailed measurements, refer to each product's size chart.

How does sizing run? Our pieces are true to size with a streetwear fit. For an oversized look, go up one size. For a classic fit, stay true to your normal size.

Will items restock? Most drops are limited and will not be restocked. If an item does restock, we’ll announce it via our newsletter and social media.
